THE BEST CHOCOLATE PUDDING EVER

OUR BEST FAMILY CAMP CHOCOLATE PUDDING EVER
500ml Flour
20ml baking powder
2.5ml salt
250ml sugar
50ml cocoa
250ml milk
30ml margarine, melted
10ml vanilla
250ml brown sugar mixed with 60ml cocoa
750ml boiling water

1. Pre heat oven to 180 deg C
2. Mix first 5 dry ingredients together
3. Mix milk, margarine and vanilla and add to the first mixture. Mix well.
4. Scoop batter into a prepared oven proof dish
5. Sprinkle sugar-and-cocoa on top
6. Pour boiling water and bake for 30mins. The pudding forms its own sauce
